To access your eStatement, simply log into your account through Online Banking and select "eStatements" from the "Account Information" menu. You may then choose to access any one of your available statements.

  • Are eStatements safe?

  • Is there a fee for using eStatements?

No. eStatements are a free service. You may also access up to 18 months of your eStatement archives (back to 2010) at no cost - which saves on the fees to request paper statement copies.

  • How do I sign up for eStatements?

Log in to Online Banking select "eStatements" from the "Account Information" menu. Complete the required information. Be sure to enter your correct email address. Then choose "Submit." • Will I be able to get information that came with my paper statement, like the BottomLine Newsletter?

Yes. You can still receive the credit union news you're used to getting - like the BottomLine newsletter - online when you log into Online Banking and select "eStatements" from the "Account Information" menu on the top left. In addition to selecting your statements, you also have the ability to view current and previous issues of the BottomLine Newsletter as well as other announcements, notices and current rates.

  • Why can't I receive the statement(s) on my joint account?

We are required by law to deliver statement notification to the primary account holder only. However, you may have eStatement access to your joint account(s) if the primary account owner has enrolled the account in the eStatement service and authorizes multiple account access.
